Job summary

Pebble Beach Company is seeking a National Sales Manager to solicit new group accounts and maintain relationships with national sales offices. The best part is that you get to sell the most iconic golf brand in the world!

You will use PowerSearch and LinkedIn for prospecting, oversee the RFP process (CVENT experience required), and lead strategic plans to grow each account while aligning with the company’s hospitality and golf-centric offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in group sales.
• Ability to prospect, negotiate and close with large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Heavy solicitation and prospecting/developing new group accounts.
• Oversee the RFP process for designated accounts; CVENT experience required.
• Build and maintain relationships with national sales offices to contract new business.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; conduct 3–5 sales trips per year.
