Club Caddie Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to own and grow a regional SCO territory. You will lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract, tailoring the value proposition to course operations and driving revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to build a strong pipeline, manage relationships, and hit quota. This role demands deep golf-industry knowledge and consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Golf industry experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of golf course operations.
• Familiarity with GMS platforms and POS systems.
• Excellent consultative selling skills and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute territory plan targeting high-value SCO opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline from lead to close with steady activity.
• Tailor Club Caddie’s value proposition to each course’s operation and goals.
• Own end-to-end sales process: prospecting to contract execution.
• Present the platform with credibility and technical know-how.
• Meet or exceed territory quotas and revenue targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with course owners and GMs.
• Represent Club Caddie at events to build pipeline and brand.
• Negotiate and close deals with defensible value narratives.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation.
• Ensure clean handoff to implementation.
