Job summary

Branded Bills LLC is seeking a Director of Sales - Golf to lead the national golf channel, shaping strategy and driving revenue across pro shops, off-course retail, and corporate programs. You’ll build and lead the Golf Sales Team, align product and brand plans, and partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations to win market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• 4+ years in golf industry sales, with headwear/apparel channel exposure.
• 4+ years in sales leadership, building high-performing teams.
• Established relationships within golf pro shops, buying groups, or national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national golf channel sales strategy with annual targets.
• Manage Golf Account Managers and Sales Representatives, setting quotas and coaching the team.
• Grow relationships with national accounts and major buying groups; negotiate with top partners.
• Forecast and manage golf channel pipeline, budget, and performance reports.
