Job summary

ATS Automation is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the ATS Critical Facilities sales team nationwide. You will drive profitable growth, manage pipeline and forecasting, and ensure customer satisfaction across BMS, EPMS, and Analytics offerings.

You will coach 6–10 Account Executives, guide strategic pursuits, and partner with Operations, Service, and Finance to align delivery and revenue targets. Strong technical credibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of business development experience in Building Automation/EPMS.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainable and profitable opportunities in the Data Center market and related verticals across the United States.
• Lead and develop a team of 6–10 Account Executives and sales resources.
• Provide strategic guidance on BMS/EPMS solutions and manage bids and budgets.
