Job summary

ATS Automation is seeking a Project Manager for Critical Facilities to lead a team of engineers and technicians on Data Center projects across North America. The role reports to the Critical Facilities Program Manager and entails travel to support sites and staff, both internal and external to ATS.

The candidate should have intimate knowledge of Data Centers and provide design, strategy, and execution guidance, plus quality analysis of building control performance at campus level.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with 6+ years in building automation.
• Experience managing engineers/technicians and subcontractors on data center projects.
• Knowledge of DDC control theory and live data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Critical Facilities team.
• Lead ATS strategies, values, and project initiatives.
• Create labor plans and forecast team needs.
• Ensure all projects and contract execution are completed on time and within budget.
• Support Sales with RFP responses and contract changes.
• Travel to North America sites as needed.
