Job summary

ATS Automation is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Critical Facilities sales team across the national market. You will drive profitable growth, manage pipeline, forecast results, and ensure customer satisfaction while developing solutions across BMS, EPMS, and analytics offerings.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor a team of 6–10 Account Executives, coordinate with operations and finance, and build lasting relationships with major customers and strategic partners to win new business

Qualifications

• Engineering undergrad degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in business development for Building Automation/EPMS.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with DDC, PLC, SCADA and analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable opportunities in Data Center markets across the United States.
• Lead and develop a team of 6–10 Account Executives.
• Organize sales coverage with end users, contractors, consultants, and partners.
• Lead strategic pursuits and high-value opportunities as needed.
• Maintain relationships with major customers and strategic accounts.
• Serve as a technical and strategic sales resource for BMS/EPMS.
• Review bids, proposals, and cost estimates for accuracy.
• Manage bid/no-bid discipline and handoffs to operations.
• Maintain ATS CRM usage and pipeline forecasting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Service, Finance on opportunities.
• Shape long-range sales planning and market positioning.
• Represent ATS at industry events and with partners.
