Job summary

Noelle Nashville is seeking a full-time business professional to drive group sales and cultivate client relationships for the Makeready property in Nashville, TN. You will meet financial goals, identify new markets, and represent the hotel at events while implementing the marketing plan.

The role requires leadership, budgeting acumen, and a strong understanding of amenities and offerings to promote memorable guest experiences. A client-focused, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Strong ability to establish client relationships and meet financial goals.
• Deep understanding of marketing campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing client relationships and securing group business for the property
• Meet or exceed quarterly financial goals
• Identify new markets and business opportunities quarterly
• Represent hotel in various events and exhibitions
• Implement all sales action plans to market areas as outline in the marketing plan
• Prior experience highly preferred
• Attention to financial details (budgeting, planning, etc.)
