Job summary

Noelle Nashville is seeking a Catering Services Manager to orchestrate premier events with a focus on flawless execution and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate across sales, banquet operations, and other departments to turn plans into memorable experiences, leading a team and ensuring every detail aligns with the property's standards.

• Conduct client tours of spaces
• Create detailed banquet event orders for execution of events
• Work closely with banquet department on operations and event execution
• Monitor group room blocks and pick up, generate detailed resumes for operating departments
• Maintain detailed accounts and communications of contracts, event orders, and invoices
• Guest-first mentality; approachable, personable, professional
• Thorough understanding of the property and amenities; work with sales teams on current promotions and packages, as needed
• Effective communication skills across multiple teams
• Organized and effective

The ultimate liaison, a Catering Services Manager is able to pull together all the pieces and departments necessary to execute a successful and memorable event. They are comfortable supporting, managing, and supervising others. This individual is a true visionary who can see the big picture and has the knowledge and experience to take something from pen and paper to reality.
