Job summary

Raining Rose seeks a Promo National Sales Leader to guide the national promotional sales team, set strategy and forecasts, and drive revenue growth while strengthening competitive position. You will hire, coach, and partner with representatives to build key customer relationships and close deals.

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will manage the product catalog, pricing, and collaborations with suppliers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience with contract negotiation and ERP software preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national promotional sales strategies.
• Coach, train, and develop the sales staff and channel partners.
• Forecast revenue and manage the annual operating budget.
• Collaborate with pricing and product catalog management teams.
• Build key customer relationships and negotiate deals.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
