Working with the Sales Enablement Manager you will manage the product catalog, guide pricing, and ensure strong collaboration with suppliers, distributors, and industry contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant business experience acceptable.
• Minimum 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a related field; contract negotiation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set national promotional sales strategies, policies, forecasts, and budgets to drive revenue growth.
• Hire, develop, and coach the national sales staff; partner with representatives to build key customer relationships and close deals.
• Manage product catalog, pricing guidance, and collaboration with suppliers, distributors, and industry contacts.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and participate in operating budget discussions.
• Lead sales meetings, produce sales materials, and drive continuous process improvements.
