Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a National Sales Manager for the PPI/USA market based in Easley, SC, to lead Direct and Regional Sales Managers and drive sales growth in the Pulp and Paper sector. The role collaborates with operations, procurement, and quality to execute strategies and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities include coaching RSMs, owning key accounts, and expanding direct and indirect sales with Corporate and OEM partners; travel will be required within the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical degree preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
• At least 10-15 years regional sales experience.
• At least 5 years people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth targets by developing and executing annual sales plans.
• Lead the RSMs, monitor individual performance against goals, and provide coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Own and personal manage direct corporate accounts; develop trust and partnerships with Corporate and OEM accounts.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with Corporate and OEM accounts.
• Travel, as necessary within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, quality, and other departments.
