Qualifications

• Senior regional or national sales experience in industrial markets.
• Strong knowledge of the pulp and paper industry and OEM relationships.
• Experience selling pumps, agitators, or related fluid handling equipment is a plus.
• Leadership experience, formal or informal, is a differentiator.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Candidates from both manufacturer and distributor backgrounds will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead national sales initiatives across the Southeast and the United States.
• Develop and manage key customer relationships and OEM partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs and drive growth.
