Job summary

Greenfield Talent is seeking a Director of Sales to scale an expanding, multi-motion sales organization across the US and offshore locations. You will lead inbound SDRs, account managers, and offshore teams, driving outbound growth while strengthening account management and cultural excellence.

The role focuses on building net-new sales functions, expanding across acquisitions, and delivering consistent operating rhythms with compliance-aligned engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading inbound, outbound, AM, and hunting teams.
• Experience building net-new sales functions and driving expansion.
• Strong hiring and development of high-performing sales talent.
• Leadership of distributed teams, including offshore.
• Comfort operating in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound, outbound, AM, and hunting functions across US and offshore locations.
• Scale teams from ~25 to ~40 while maintaining performance.
• Launch a new outbound SDR and hunting function.
• Standardize sales systems across new units and acquisitions.
• Partner with operations, product, and technology at executive level.
