Qualifications

• 10+ years with proven field sales experience in capital equipment or industrial automation.
• 3 years of sales management experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to travel independently throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales results.
• Lead a group of Regional Sales Managers to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales pipeline and activities.
