Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a National Sales Coordinator for Sales Support & Customer Operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be the primary contact for customers and Outside Sales, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from quote to delivery.

Responsibilities include entering quotes in SAP, processing orders with pricing/terms, coordinating with inventory, and providing timely updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in a call center or similar fast-paced setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a high volume of inbound customer and Outside Sales inquiries related to product availability, pricing, order status, invoices, and order processing.
• Prepare and enter customer quotations into SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product availability, and documentation.
• Accurately process sales orders, including pricing, payment terms, freight terms, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate order confirmations and proactively notify customers of any updates or changes.
• Monitor open orders and backorders; follow up regularly to ensure accurate lead times and timely customer communication.
• Coordinate closely with inventory and supply chain teams to resolve held or delayed orders and provide detailed updates.
• Partner with Outside Sales representatives to support customer accounts and maintain strong internal collaboration.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and equipment to effectively support customers and sales initiatives.
