Job summary

Driverge is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee, develop, and maintain a nationwide safety culture across our locations. The role partners with regional leadership to champion safe practices and serves as the subject matter expert on workplace safety regulations, including CA SAIRS, with strong emphasis on training and engagement.

The position requires 5+ years of EHS experience, Cal/OSHA expertise, and willingness to travel to sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in multi-unit settings.
• Deep knowledge of Cal/OSHA regulations and CA SAIRS requirements.
• Willingness to travel to locations nationwide.
• ASP or CSP certifications or OSHA-specific credentials are preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative safety leadership across locations nationwide.
• Ensure compliance with federal, OSHA, EPA, and local codes.
• Develop and deliver impactful safety training programs for retail automotive operations.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Monitor workers' comp data trends to address high-risk areas.
