Job summary

Mobility Works is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee nationwide workplace safety culture, partnering with regional leadership, service managers, and facility teams to champion safe operations. You will serve as the subject matter expert for OSHA compliance (including CA SB 553 / SAIRS) and lead engaging safety training programs across locations.

This role requires 5+ years EHS experience, willingness to travel, and ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance for automotive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in retail, automotive service, or logistics.
• Deep knowledge of Cal/OSHA regulations and CA SAIRS SB 553.
• Willingness to travel to locations nationwide.
• Ability to translate complex safety regulations into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Partner collaboratively with store managers and regional teams to identify risk and implement safety solutions.
• Advise rather than enforce to influence safe behaviors at shop level.
• Develop process for locations to perform monthly safety checklists.
• Conduct site visits and virtual consultations to assess compliance and safety.
