The Bridger Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead its Roofing Team in the Chicago area. The National Sales Manager will guide a national sales organization, drive profitable growth, and shape sales strategy across commercial roofing, waterproofing, and garden roof systems.

You will manage key customer relationships and develop a high-performing sales team. Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 10 years in sales leadership within construction, building materials, or commercial roofing,

Competenze

Leadership experience overseeing nationwide sales teams in construction-related sectors.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies across direct and indirect channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Track record of coaching high-performing sales teams.
Understanding of waterproofing, green roofs, or sustainable building practices is a plus.

Mansioni

Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with short- and long-term business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue streams in waterproofing and architectural systems.
Lead, coach, and develop a dispersed team of Regional Sales Managers and partners across markets.
Foster accountability, performance, and collaboration across the organization.
Build and maintain relationships with architectural firms, contractors, distributors, and developers.
Support major projects and specifications to ensure continuity and customer satisfaction.
