Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a Director of National Retail Sales to lead account executives nationwide, driving revenue and accountability across a distributed team. The role emphasizes coaching, virtual leadership, and achieving objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in managing remote sales teams, with at least five years in sales or marketing management, and a background in electronic security solutions. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
• Successful track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
• Must be PC proficient with spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor National Retail Sales teams and regions; provide guidance as needed.
• Develop and monitor expense budgets of $500k to $1M per region.
• Provide strategic input to home office, sales teams, and service departments.
• Achieve assigned business goals and revenue objectives.
• Develop and implement divisional plans for products and marketing programs.
• Select, manage, and develop a sales and marketing management team.
• Support evolution into professional services and strategic partner relationships.
• Ensure compliance with ISO processes and support conventions and shows.
