Securitas Technology, a global leader in security solutions, is seeking a Director of National Retail Sales to manage account executives nationwide. The role requires coaching remote teams, steering revenue growth, and delivering on regional objectives.

You will shape market strategy, collaborate with home office, and ensure ISO compliance while expanding our professional services footprint and strategic partnerships. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and room for advancement.

Formación

• BS/BA in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in selling commercial electronic security solutions.
• Strong project and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nationwide National Retail Sales teams and regions.
• Manage budgets of $500k to $1M per region.
• Provide strategic market, product, and competitive input to home office and sales teams.
• Achieve assigned business goals and support new product marketing programs.
• Develop divisional plans to introduce and support products and marketing programs.
• Select and develop a sales and marketing leadership team.
• Ensure ISO process compliance and drive process improvements.
• Direct conventions, shows, and national-level activity planning.
• Maximize the sale of hardware and software within the assigned region.
