Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor national Retail Sales activity and provide guidance.
• Develop and manage regional budgets ($500k–$1M) per regional Account Manager.
• Provide strategic input on market, product, and competition to home office and teams.
• Achieve assigned business goals and implement divisional plans for new/existing products.
• Develop, select, and lead a sales and marketing management team.
• Support and ensure ISO process compliance.
