Metro One Security seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead national retail operations. The role provides strategic direction across a complex, multi-site portfolio, overseeing execution, workforce performance, budgets, and client satisfaction to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale retail operations and geographically dispersed teams. Responsibilities include setting operational standards, developing regional leaders, and partnering with clients

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for large-scale multi-site operations.
• Strong retail operations experience in complex, high-volume, multi-location environments.
• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed operations across multiple markets or regions.
• Experience building and developing regional, district, or senior field leaders.
• Strong understanding of labor planning, staffing, service delivery, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, labor costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Experience maintaining senior-level client relationships and driving client satisfaction and retention.

• Identify trends and risks, implementing proactive scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Technology and others to support objectives.
• Provide oversight for new account implementations and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage data to improve decision-making and execution.
• Support client retention and organic growth by enhancing service and performance.
