Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Security Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing multi-site security, operations, or service programs.
• Retail industry experience preferred, particularly in Asset Protection (AP) or Loss Prevention (LP).
• Demonstrated success leading regional operations supporting multiple clients across geographically dispersed locations.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and operational financial performance.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% based on business needs.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet all applicable state, county, and municipal requirements.

• Monitor performance via reporting, analytics, audits, and KPIs to reduce risk.
• Manage regional budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support new account implementations and operational transitions.
• Utilize technology and data to improve performance and decision-making.
