Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking an experienced National Account Sales Manager to own the Walmart and Costco relationships, drive sales and distribution, and lead strategic plans that increase Stanley’s presence across these key accounts. This remote role focuses on building retailer partnerships, executing annual account plans, managing assortment, launches, pricing, and in-stock performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer products, retail, or account management experience.
• Experience managing Walmart and/or Costco.
• Strong understanding of mass retail, club retail, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Demonstrated ability to grow large national accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using sales and retail data to make business decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel as needed about 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day business relationship with Walmart and Costco, managing and growing the accounts.
• Develop and execute annual account plans to deliver sales, distribution, and profitability objectives.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, merchants, replenishment teams, and other key retail stakeholders.
• Manage product assortment, new item launches, promotional programs, pricing, and retail calendars.
• Identify opportunities to expand Stanley 1913 distribution and increase sales velocity.
• Prepare and lead customer presentations, business reviews, line reviews, and planning meetings.
