Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking an experienced National Account Sales Manager to lead and grow key retailer partnerships with Walmart and Costco. You will manage day-to-day relationships, develop strategies to grow sales, distribution, and profitability, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute retailer programs.

Remote position; residents of AR, AZ, CA, CO, IL, MD, MI, NC, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI eligible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer products, retail, or account management.
• Experience with Walmart and/or Costco preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day business relationship with Walmart and Costco.
• Develop and execute annual account plans to deliver sales and profitability.
• Build relationships with buyers, merchants, replenishment teams and other stakeholders.
• Manage product assortment, launches, pricing, and retail calendars.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution and increase sales velocity.
• Lead customer presentations, business reviews, and planning meetings.
• Analyze sales, inventory, distribution, forecasts and promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and E-Commerce.
• Monitor inventory and forecasts to ensure in-stock performance.
• Coordinate retailer programs and ensure execution meets expectations.
• Track competitive activity, trends, pricing, and merchandising.
• Negotiate opportunities while protecting profitability and brand.
• Develop regular sales forecasts and report to senior leadership.
• Travel to meetings, HQ, trade shows, and retail locations as needed.
