Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years of successful sales or national account management experience in U.S. consumer products or related categories.
• Proven experience selling products into major U.S. retail accounts including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Target, Best Buy, CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Albertsons, Home Depot, or similar.
• Track record of securing new product listings and launching products in physical retail stores.
• Existing relationships with retail buyers, category managers, merchants, or buying teams is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. retail sales processes: line reviews, vendor onboarding, pricing, promotions, and compliance.
• Strong negotiation, business communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage buyer relationships, opportunities, and priorities from outreach through launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new in-store and omnichannel retail opportunities across major U.S. retailers.
• Leverage relationships and develop new connections with buyers, category managers, merchants, and retail decision-makers.
• Generate buyer meetings, line reviews, and new product placement opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process: prospecting, outreach, presentations, samples, pricing, contracts, onboarding, PO acquisition, launch, and growth.
• Present product decks, pricing proposals, and materials to buyers effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product assortment, pricing, packaging, and launch decisions.
• Work with brokers or sales agencies when needed and monitor activity and accountability.
• Attend buyer meetings, line reviews, trade shows, and retailer events as needed.
