Job summary

Harri is seeking an Operations Specialist for Wings Team/Command Center to lead new restaurant openings and provide nationwide field support. The role requires extensive travel and will be based at the Quality Assurance/Command Center in San Antonio, TX, with travel to openings across the country.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt to diverse locations and teams, while ensuring standards, guest experience, and safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management or openings experience.
• Proven ability to lead restaurant teams in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
• Experience with new openings, events, and temporary field assignments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operations, staffing, guest service and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Travel to new restaurant locations nationwide to support pre-opening and opening activities.
• Provide field operations support to locations facing staffing or performance challenges.
• Support special events and high-volume operations with staffing and deployment coordination.
• Work from the Command Center in San Antonio to monitor performance and coordinate resources.
• Lead by example, develop teams, and promote continuous improvement.
