Job summary

BELFOR Franchise Group is seeking a National & Regional Accounts Sales Representative to expand our national accounts program and develop corporate relationships across the United States. The role is based at the Ann Arbor, MI corporate headquarters and demands a proven track record in consultative selling and account management.

You will grow national and regional accounts, present service solutions, and collaborate with franchise owners to ensure successful implementation and client

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in prospecting, cold calling and developing new business.
• Ability to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a franchise system is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow national and regional commercial accounts.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate opportunities.
• Manage and expand existing national account relationships.
• Present customized service solutions and proposals.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth.
• Represent BELFOR Franchise Group at industry events and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and franchise owners for implementation.
