Job summary

BELFOR Franchise Group is seeking a motivated, entry-level National Account Support Coordinator in Ann Arbor to help coordinate contracted service work between commercial accounts and local franchise owners. The role includes handling setup, invoicing, and billing while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include reviewing vendor contracts and work orders, creating invoices, and maintaining digital records.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word and Google Suite).
High school diploma with some college coursework.
The ability to work in office in Ann Arbor.

Responsibilities

Coordinate contracted service work between commercial accounts and franchise owners.
Set up accounts and coordinate service work between vendor and local franchise owner.
Facilitate invoicing and billing activities.
Review vendor contracts and work orders.
Create invoices for the vendor after work is completed.
Communicate with vendors and franchise owners to ensure excellent service.
Maintain organized digital records and provide reporting to vendors and management.
Other duties as assigned.
