BELFOR Franchise Group seeks a Franchise Business Coach to support 125–150 franchisees from the Ann Arbor HQ, coaching on sales, operations, profitability, branding, and growth. This role trains franchisees on systems, analyzes P&L and KPIs, and drives improvement plans while traveling to visit locations and lead regional reviews.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in multi-unit/franchise operations, excellent communication, and strong relationship-building skills. Travel 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in multi-unit operations, franchise management, or enterprise franchise coaching.

Responsibilities

• Actively support 125 to 150 franchisees as the franchisees’ primary point of contact.
• Strategically prioritize support across assigned territory for underperforming units with scalable coaching.
• Coordinate and lead regular business reviews with franchise owners covering performance and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to provide strategic coaching and development.
• Conduct deep financial reviews using P&L, COGS, and labor metrics for benchmarking.
• Lead discussions on KPIs to track and improve business performance.
• Make in-person visits to franchisees to guide operations and business development.
• Guide franchisees on Local Area Marketing and digital lead generation.
• Serve as liaison between corporate leadership and franchisees to navigate policy changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan events and audits; travel 25–50% as needed.
