Responsibilities

• Cultivate new candidate sourcing channels and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Attend discovery sessions with recruiters and sales/account management.
• Source clinical candidates nationally or regionally using targeted methods.
• Develop relationships with associations and networks to expand reach.
• Support sourcing strategy throughout the requisition life-cycle.
• Drive partnerships with business leaders and recruiters.
• Track sourcing activities and results in the CRM.
