Job summary

Field Verified, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter to lead nationwide recruiting across multiple roles and markets. You will drive sourcing, screening, and interviewing, building strong pipelines across the country.

You will report to leadership, own high-volume outbound outreach, collaborate with executives to shape hiring priorities, and improve recruiting processes as we scale. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruiting, experience across states, and proven sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple states or regions preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Organized, metrics-driven, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide sourcing and recruiting efforts across multiple states or regions.
• High-volume outbound calling to attract talent.
• Managing multiple open roles at once (field, operations, leadership).
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
• Screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Partnering with leadership to understand expansion and hiring priorities.
• Improving recruiting processes and systems as we scale.
