Job summary

Anderson Recruiting + Consulting, Inc. is expanding its national recruiting team and seeks a driven Professional Recruiter to focus on full-service staffing across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Call Center, Office and Finance & Accounting.

You will manage professional-level searches and collaborate with a team of six recruiters and six sales professionals. The role is hybrid in Fort Worth, TX, with a 4-days-in-office and one WFH day after milestones; base salary plus commission, comprehensive

They are seeking a driven, accomplished Professional Recruiter to focus on full service staffing and recruiting nationwide. They specialize in IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Call Center, Office and Finance and Accounting.

What You Will Be Doing

• Focusing on Professional Search: Manage recruiting for professional-level roles (mid-level to executive).
• Supporting Diverse Verticals: Recruit across multiple specialized areas, including:
• Finance & Accounting, Office, IT, Call Center, Healthcare, and Engineering
• Working with a team of 6 recruiters and 6 sales professionals to fill roles.
• Running a full desk recruiting operation.
• Thriving in a Fast-Paced Environment: Excelling in a high-volume national search setting.

Location & Flexibility

• Hybrid Model: The current work model is 4 days in the office and one Work From Home (WFH) day when milestones are achieved.
