Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate project management leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams within corporate or third-party service provider environments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and project financials including budgeting, scheduling, and change order management.
• Travel 20-40% to support client needs and team development across national locations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a national team of project management professionals, providing coaching on JLL standards and client expectations.
• Manage key client relationships across all levels and identify opportunities to expand JLL services.
• Oversee full project lifecycles for diverse project types, ensuring compliance with contracts and client requirements.
• Drive account strategy and P&L management to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Interface with project managers, architects, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage the client's annual capital plan including projections, variances, and capital allocation decisions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to fees, reputation, and liabilities.
• Champion process improvements to enhance delivery speed, consistency, and cost-effectiveness.
