Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a US/Global Project Management Account Leader to guide a nationwide team delivering interiors fit-outs, capital improvements, site work, and complex ground-up construction. You will own the relationship with a large strategic client portfolio and drive both delivery strategy and account growth.

Based in El Segundo, CA or Mesa, AZ with 20–40% travel to client sites; remote candidates considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate project management leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams within a corporate or third-party service provider environment.
• Ability to travel 20-40% to support client needs and team development across national locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a national team of project management professionals, providing coaching on JLL standards and client expectations.
• Manage key client relationships across all organizational levels, identifying opportunities to add JLL services.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle for fit-outs, capital improvements, and new construction.
• Drive account strategy development and execution, including managing the P&L to meet financial targets.
• Interface with project managers, architects, contractors, and client stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Manage the client's annual capital plan including year-end projections and stewardship of capital allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to fees, reputation, and liabilities.
• Champion process improvements to enhance consistency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
