• 10+ years of direct real estate project management leadership.
• Ability to build consensus and influence outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and executive-level communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional full-service project management for the client across their national portfolio.
• Grow & manage key client and account relationships; manage conflicts to amicable resolution.
• Achieve required KPIs while meeting/exceeding high standards for delivery & communication.
• Actively cultivates new internal and external relationships that expand account capabilities and support crossplatform growth opportunities.
• Assist client in developing a project delivery strategy linked to their current business objectives.
• Successfully interact with and influence at varying levels within JLL as well as the Client organization.
