Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Los Angeles seeks a Program Manager to advance national housing initiatives by supporting grantmaking, program design, and cross‑functional collaboration with staff, partners, and grantees.

You will help design and implement complex, multi‑faceted programs, contribute to impact evaluation, communications, and thought leadership, and work in a flexible hybrid environment with a focus on affordable housing across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least four years in community development, affordable housing, housing finance, public policy, real estate or related field.
• Graduate degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• Experience leading large-scale programs with multiple components.
• Experience working with diverse communities.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and to move tasks forward with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex activities.
• Experience working with virtual teams across offices and geographies.
• Professionalism, composure, flexibility, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for planning and implementation of competitive grantee selection processes.
• Develop selection materials and evaluation criteria; coordinate input from funders and experts.
• Provide support to grantmaking and grants management activities, including award notifications, reporting, disbursements, and closeouts.
• Foster adaptive programming and shared learning through convenings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support thought leadership activities, gather data, and deliver summaries to funders and leadership.
• Collaborate on media and communications to disseminate findings.
• Prepare and deliver public presentations and facilitate peer learning sessions.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.
