Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Program Manager to join our National Programs team. This role helps drive innovative solutions to the nation’s housing challenges by supporting programs that incubate, accelerate, and scale housing innovation, including the Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver complex national initiatives, manage grantmaking and evaluation, prepare tools and resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of experience in community development, affordable housing, housing finance, public policy, real estate or related field.
• Graduate degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale programs with multiple components.
• Experience working with diverse communities.
• Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong facilitation skills guiding diverse stakeholders to decisions.
• Exemplary communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills coordinating complex activities across dispersed partners.
• Professional, adaptable, and collaborative in multi-office environments.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of competitive grantee selection processes.
• Develop selection materials, evaluation criteria, and funder input processes.
• Support grantmaking activities including award notifications and disbursements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Enterprise markets and divisions.
• Prepare and deliver public presentations and peer learning sessions.
• Contribute to program evaluation, impact measurement, and communications.
