Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Program Manager for National Programs to advance national housing initiatives, including the Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge, by coordinating staff, partners, and grantees across construction, finance, and service delivery.

The role emphasizes grantmaking, evaluation, and communications with opportunities to present findings, coordinate teams across cities, and support learning among grantees and Enterprise staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years in community development or related field.
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale programs with multiple components.
• Experience working with diverse communities.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and move tasks forward with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex activities.
• Experience working with virtual teams across offices and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and implementation support for competitive grantee selection processes.
• Manage grantmaking activities, including award notifications and disbursements.
• Deliver adaptive programming and facilitate learning among grantees and staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional support with marketing, evaluation, and industry leaders.
• Prepare public presentations and facilitate peer learning sessions.
• Support data gathering and reporting to funders and leadership.
