Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Program Manager to join our National Programs team in Washington, DC. This role helps drive innovative national housing initiatives, including the Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge, by supporting grantmaking, program design and cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading large programs across diverse communities, strong facilitation and communications skills, and a commitment to advancing affordable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of experience in community development, affordable housing, housing finance, public policy, real estate or related field.
• Graduate degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience leading large-scale programs with multiple components.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of grantee selection processes and evaluations.
• Assist in development of selection materials, criteria and funder input.
• Manage grantmaking activities including awards, reporting and closeouts.
• Deliver adaptive programming and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across markets.
• Support thought leadership, data gathering, and regular funder reports.
• Prepare public presentations and facilitate peer learning sessions and webinars.
