Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Program Manager to join our National Programs team to drive innovative housing initiatives across the United States. You will support grantmaking, program design, and cross-functional collaboration with Enterprise staff, partners, and grantees to implement breakthrough ideas in affordable housing.

The role emphasizes program development, evaluation, delivering impact, and sharing learnings through communications and external engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years in community development, affordable housing, housing finance, public policy, or related fields.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale programs with multiple components.
• Experience working with diverse communities and people.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration across virtual teams and multiple offices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of grantee selection processes.
• Develop materials, evaluation criteria, and coordinate input from funders and experts.
• Support grantmaking activities including notifications, reporting, disbursements, and closeouts.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Enterprise markets and divisions.
• Prepare public presentations and lead peer learning sessions and webinars.
• Contribute to thought leadership with data gathering and regular reports.
