Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Program Manager to join our National Programs team and help drive innovative housing solutions nationwide. You will support the design, development, and delivery of complex national initiatives, including the Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge.

The ideal candidate will have a background in community development or housing, with experience leading multi-component programs and coordinating diverse stakeholders across offices and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience in community development, affordable housing, housing finance, public policy, real estate or related field.
• Graduate degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale programs that include multiple components.
• Experience working with a diverse range of communities and people.
• Excellent critical thinking and creative problem solving.
• Strong facilitation skills to guide diverse stakeholders to clear next steps.
• Exemplary communication across verbal, written, and visual forms.
• Ability to work independently and move tasks forward with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate complex activities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with virtual teams across multiple offices/geographies.
• Demonstrated professionalism, composure, flexibility, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to planning and implementation of competitive grantee selection processes, including evaluation of potential grantees.
• Support development of selection materials and evaluation criteria, coordinating input from funders and experts.
• Support grantmaking activities, including awards, reporting, disbursements, and closeouts.
• Deliver programming responsive to grantee needs and facilitate in-person and virtual convenings.
• Act as a point of contact and coordinate cross-functional support across Enterprise markets and divisions.
• Support thought leadership: gather data, deliver summary reports, and share findings with stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver public presentations and facilitate group conversations during webinars and meetings.
• Carry out additional responsibilities or projects as needed.
