Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Program Manager to join the National Programs team. This role will drive innovative housing solutions by supporting programs that incubate, accelerate, and scale housing initiatives across the United States.

The ideal candidate will design, develop and deliver complex national programs, support grantmaking and evaluation, and collaborate across Enterprise staff, partners and grantees to advance impact and shared lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years in community development, affordable housing, housing finance, public policy, real estate or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale programs with multiple components.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and people.
• Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to guide diverse stakeholders to decisions.
• Exemplary communication skills in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of competitive grantmaking and grant management activities.
• Coordinate and deliver program activities and resources, and facilitate collaboration across Enterprise teams.
• Support development of tools, resources, and evaluation materials; promote learning across grantees and staff.
• Prepare regular reports and materials for funders, leadership, and stakeholders; support media and communications outreach.
