Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience.
• 5+ years leading national or regional teams/2nd line leadership.
• 3+ years cardiovascular experience preferred.
• Proven track record in leadership, management and product launches.
• Analytical, metric-driven with strong sales strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national field sales strategy and execution for client programs.
• Own overall P&L and ensure timely, compliant deliverables.
• Collaborate with client sales leadership and internal operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage the field sales team.
• Develop incentives and performance goals; monitor progress.
• Design reports and tools with Analysis & Reporting to track targets.
