Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a National Program Director to lead hiring and execution of the field commercial strategy in partnership with client Sales Leadership. You will drive sales execution, provide leadership and oversight, and serve as the primary client contact for product promotion and field operations.

The role requires extensive cardiovascular experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage P&L and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience.
• 5+ years in leading national or regional teams/2nd line leader experience.
• 3+ years of recent Cardiovascular experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring and execution of field commercial strategy.
• Be primary client contact for product promotion and field team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and operational oversight across functions.
• Oversee P&L, budget, and performance metrics for the project.
• Develop and deploy national sales strategy to achieve brand goals.
• Monitor market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliant delivery of all program deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with external experts.
• Facilitate regular client meetings and cross-functional reviews.
