Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience.
• 5+ years leading national or regional teams.
• 3+ years cardiovascular experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, management and operational oversight experience.
• Analytical, metric-driven with strategic sales execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring and execution of field commercial strategy.
• Serve as primary client contact for product promotion and field team.
• Oversee P&L and ensure deliverables meet contracted service levels.
• Develop national sales strategy to achieve brand goals.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Analysis & Reporting to design performance reports.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and staff development for management and sales teams.
• Provide ongoing feedback and foster a high-performance work environment.
• Design and oversee incentive compensation plans and adherence to policies.
