Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience.
• 5+ years leading national or regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring and execution of field commercial strategy.
• Own P&L and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Develop national sales strategy to achieve brand goals and product success.
• Monitor performance and drive accountability across field teams.
• Collaborate with client leadership and internal analytics to optimize programs.
• Oversee recruiting, training and staffing of the field management team.
• Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
