Job summary

Loenbro in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead national account relationships and pursue large-scale opportunities across regions and service lines.

Reporting to the Executive Sales Director, you will drive growth through proactive opportunities, cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and preconstruction, and solid client engagement across industries nationwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, preconstruction, or project sales within industrial/construction sectors.
• Experience managing large, multi-location client relationships.
• Strong understanding of industrial/commercial construction, capital projects and maintenance programs.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple regions and service lines.
• Knowledge of estimating, bid development, and preconstruction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel nationally to meet clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for national and enterprise clients.
• Identify and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across all service lines and market sectors.
• Lead the RFP/RFQ process and deliver proposals meeting company standards.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Preconstruction Managers to align regional execution with national strategy.
• Work with executives to establish growth targets, forecasting, and performance metrics for national accounts.
• Coordinate proposal development, client presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses for national pursuits.
• Understand services to be sold and bring in subject-matter experts as needed.
• Ensure coordination between sales, operations, and marketing for consistent client experiences.
