Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred.
• Clinical & Industry Expertise: oncology/hematology understanding, nursing practice, and pharma industry.
• Strategic & Business Acumen: translate strategy into field execution using data and insights.

• Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into ONE field priorities, plans, milestones, and execution requirements across three franchises.
• Support National Director in creation of portfolio above brand nursing strategy and tactics for education of disease and therapy management.
• Lead through influence by aligning cross-functional stakeholders and navigating competing priorities.
• Partner with Field Operations to ensure effective tools, processes, and infrastructure for compliant execution.
• Represent ONE in cross-functional planning and build compelling business cases for resources.
• Identify field needs and rapidly mobilize resources to address them.
• Use field data and performance trends to inform priorities and recommendations.
• Own complex cross-functional projects from strategy to implementation, managing timelines and risks.
