Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred.
• Clinical & Industry Expertise: Strong clinical patient management experience in hematology/oncology.
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Translate strategy into focused field execution using data and insights.
• Influence & Collaboration: Ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into ONE field priorities and execution plans.
• Support creation of portfolio nurse education strategy and tactics.
• Lead through influence to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Optimize field operations with tools, processes, and training.
• Represent ONE voice in cross-functional planning and resource requests.
• Identify field needs and mobilize resources to address them.
• Leverage insights and analytics to inform priorities and recommendations.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects from strategy to implementation.
• Develop clear communications and executive presentations for alignment.
• Explore technology and AI opportunities to improve ONE effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie standards in activities and processes.
• Continuously improve ways of working in the national network.
